Our second solution is SaaS, but, we offer Software and a Service. Hey Jude will deploy and support the software, while recruiting, training and upskilling your in-house call centre agents to run the app. In addition, we provide real-time in-house and in-app reporting and customer tracking. All branding, embedding, call centre management and marketing, however, remain the client’s responsibility.
