Hey Jude has invested heavily in technology to develop an innovative and award-winning app solution in the lifestyle management space. With AI and machine learning, we can define custom categories and tags to structure the request data and get actionable insights. By analysing member requests and data for interests, sentiment, emotion, opinion and more, a member profile is built, which offers personalised service and the fastest turnaround times in the market.


For the Hey Jude member, they make requests using a familiar, message-based interface where they can elaborate on requests by uploading images. If needed or preferred, a voice note can be made instead of typing a message. Member data is secure, with safe in-app payment methods, and request status and history is visible to the member.

Big data


Hey Jude is in a unique position to see, access and store information on members and suppliers. Our administrator dashboard provides a snapshot of all member data and requests, while our supplier management system enables us to manage, rate and secure the best suppliers. Through our payment portal, we have an overview at any given time of payments received, suppliers paid, declined payment and reasons why payments failed.

Reporting and big data analytics are essential to better understand and predict member behaviour. Custom-built data reports can be pulled at request, on specific category areas, to generate real-time, relevant member insight. Where necessary, access to sensitive member data is permission-based.
